Sebright
Developed in England by Sir John Saunders Sebright in the early 1800s, it is a true bantam, meaning it has no larger counterpart. Sebrights come in two main varieties—Golden and Silver—both featuring intricate black lacing on shimmering feathers. Males weigh around 620 grams, and females about 510 grams. Despite their small stature, they are lively, friendly, and popular among poultry enthusiasts. Though not prolific egg layers, their beauty and personality make them ideal for exhibitions and as pets.
